A group where girls age 11-13 learn life strategies to deal with positive self image, making and keeping friends, problem solving, establishing independence through assertiveness and planning for the future.

Feeling Good
This program is for teens (ages 14-18) who wish to reduce and manage stress in their lives. Through the use of cognitive and physical exercises, participants will learn how their body responds to life stress.

ROCK 100 “Do Ya Wanna Rock!”
This Courageous Youth Program is Regina’s alternative music program. Rock 100 organizes youth with little or no music experience into bands. The program allows its participants to choose the music they want to play. Rock 100 is operated in numerous schools throughout the city. The Rock 100 public program operates one night a week. Baby F&ST
Baby Families and Schools Together
(Baby F&ST) is a multi-family parenting support program for infants
(0-3) and their young parents and grandparents. Through Baby F&ST,
families are invited to participate in eight fun filled weekly
sessions. There are 8-12 families that participate with the support of
a community team made up of a parent mentor, a grandparent mentor, a
community support worker, a father mentor and an infant massage
instructor. The program is a partnership between Catholic Family
Services and the Regina Early Learning Centre and is offered free of
charge. The program is held in April and May each year. To receive

This for parents of children ages 5-12 years. This is a program that is a video-based, interactive approach to teach important skills such as: effective communication, discipline while teaching responsibility, nonviolent conflict resolution, encourage development of self-esteem and character in children.
